Torstein Dalen-Lorentsen

Torstein Dalen-Lorentsen is a PhD-student at the Oslo Sports Trauma Research Center. He holds a Master's degree in sports physiology from the Norwegian School of Sports Sciences, where he did his master thesis on the topic of blood flow restricted resistance exercise. Torstein has extensive experience working with top-level athletes within different sports, such as alpine skiing, handball and football. He is currently working as a first-team fitness coach/sports scientist for the Norwegian professional football club Strømsgodset.

Torstein is now working on his PhD-project "Can training load management reduse injury and illness risk in elite youth football?"
