Josefine Horn is the Communications Advisor for UngParaFRISK – a pilot project promoting lifelong participation in sports. In this role, Horn is responsible for the analysis and dissemination of research findings.

She has experience in both communications and advocacy for the rights of persons with disabilities, including work with the Atlas Alliance Foundation.

Horn holds a bachelor's degree in Culture and Communication from the University of Oslo, and a master's degree in Global Development from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences.
