Ingvild Grønvold Kåshagen is a PhD- student at the Oslo Sports Trauma Center, where she is working on the project  #ReadyToPlay. She is a physiotherapist with a master’s degree in exercise physiology from Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences. Ingvild has earlier worked as a physiotherapist and trainer in private practice, from where she has clinical experience from working with sports, - and exercise related injuries.
